Design Concept

Conceived as a building of 3 Floors, the basement provides parking space for 68 cars. As an initiative to promote Electric mobility, the parking is equipped with 10 Charging stations. The Ground floor and First floor provides leasable spaces which can subdivided in smaller units. Compliant with all safety, security and environmental codes the project aims to became a landmark building in the medical devices Park.
The overall site plan and floor layout follows tenets of Vaastu design with water/electricity/Toilets/Entry/Staircases etc. located favorably. The services and circulation core are located centrally in order to provide flexibility and modularity for occupants to adapt spaces for multifunctional use such as Research/Manufacturing or Offices. All the spaces are largely conceived with natural daylight. The building is provided with large structural spans (9.6mx8.2m) and large height (5.5m) to enable services installation and good clear height in all spaces.

Open floor plates enable subdivision or use as a whole. The building block is setback from the front entry to provided with a large green strip for meetings and informal activities. As the building is visible from the two adjoining roads, the facades express a contemporary language of clean lines and minimal materials.

The portable fire extinguishers shall be provided as per IS-2190 &NFPA 10, standards for portable fire extinguishers. However, additional fire extinguishers shall be provided as per requirement of local Fire Services. Fire Extinguishers are placed for every 200Sq.M. of area.

Sprinklers shall be standard response pendant type, 68 deg. C temperature rating and shall design to cover 9 to 12 sq. m. in basements considering basements into Moderate Hazard.

Working and standby Transformer and Generator provided for uninterrupted power supply.

All passenger elevators have been modernized.
Equipped with two freight 2t elevators, one servicing the east side of the building and one serving the west side of the building.
